Terms & Conditions / Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing my home salon. To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone, please take a moment to read the following: Appointments: All appointments are by booking only. Please arrive on time so your full session can be enjoyed. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.(if possible) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee (usually full treatment cost) this is a small sole trade business which I need to protect with these policies. No-shows WILL also incur the full appointment fee. Payments: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods: , cash, card, apple pay Health & Safety: Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. If you are unwell, please reschedule to protect both your health and mine. Environment: My home salon is a private, comfortable space designed for relaxation.
